Thank you for the opportunity for our school to take part in your Attachment Aware Schools Award, which we would very much like to participate in.

I understand there is no cost for this programme which provides a coach and whole school training. I accept responsibility for attendance of key events on the course calendar and for completion of tasks required to achieve Attachment Aware School Award - Bronze status.

I confirm I am the Designated Teacher (DT) or Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) of the listed School and have permission to take part in this programme from my Headteacher.
