AfC Virtual School Extended Duties role is to promote effective communication across social care and education. This is being facilitated through targeted school visits, attendance of strategic meetings in education and social care, provision of training to schools and social workers and collecting and sharing pupil level education data. 

In order to better understand how we can support partners in schools we shared a questionnaire  with school leaders in Richmond, Kingston and Windsor and Maidenhead.

40 schools returned the survey from both Primary and Secondary Schools. We received 9 responses from Kingston, 17 from Richmond and 14 from Windsor and Maidenhead.
